Groovv POS – Cancel an Order

STEP BY STEP SUMMARY

  1. After you have compiled Items for an Order, select the Cancel Button at the bottom of the Receipt Viewer
  2. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to cancel the Order
  3. If you are sure you want to Cancel the order, select Yes. This will effectively cancel and delete the Order
  4. If you would like to return to the Order, select Cancel
